Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Sally McRae, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Within the package please provide the following:

* Your Order Number

* Reason for return

*Item/Order we are exchanging for (in case of exchange) 

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. Follow the steps outlined in the "Returns" section above to initiate a return, and then proceed to place a new order for the desired item. We can not guarantee the item you wish to exchange for will be in stock.

Exceptions

While we strive to accommodate all returns and exchanges, there are certain items that are non-returnable. These include perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards.
